TOS: There is no TOS and never will be. This forum is not a court of law. This site has a purpose and a mission. While you may tip toe around a TOS elsewhere, following the letter and trampling the spirit, it will not fly here. Here if you come in with an agenda, stirring up trouble, playing any of those games of subversion and division, undermining and denigrating, disrupting the projects here or causing harm to them or this site in any way, you are out. I claim nothing else for this site than its mission and purpose. This site may not run the way you think it should, that is none of your business, stay out of it. Fair and just to all agendas is not promised nor does it fit our purpose.
These forums are for the discussion and development of Poser optimized figures and content. This does not involve genesis. Please refrain from discussing off topic items (such as genesis) in the development threads. If fights break out which disrupt the development threads the entire selection of posts will be moved to the dungeons, where the parties involved can continue their fight, without interrupting constructive development.
Barging in here to correct every little thing and or to pick a fight disrupting these discussions is NOT acceptable and will send you straight to the dungeons or get you banned.
Finally, there are no bellhops here to carry your bags. You come here with no special status be you vendor of the year, Poser science guru, or one of the Poser development team. The new guy is just as important as you are.
DAZ STUDIO: This is strictly a Poser board there is no place for Daz Studio in it. Far too many fights and disruptions are caused by having both. If you absolutely must talk about Daz Studio, go to the dungeons to talk. Never in the rest of the forums. Even there, there will be no recruitment activity period.
POSER PLACE MISSION: I started this site to promote the use and development of figures and content for Poser. Figures and content that support Poser fully and use all of its resources to be the best they can be for use in Poser. Eventually to see Poser strong and independent and not reliant on the whims of any other group or company. To further this goal we have started tutorial programs to teach a whole new generation of Poser enthusiasts to build the figures and content that Poser and its users deserve.
And finally to provide a welcome home for Poser and its users. Since Content Paradise closed its forums, there has not been a true home for Poser. So I hope to build a home here for Poser, a place where you can talk about Poser and your concerns and need not fear attack or reprisals. A true home and a base for a Poser revival. If you are a Poser user and you love Poser as I do, if you would like to join any of the projects, or learn something new, then you are welcome.
